LCTCB is the collector and able to issue certifications for the following districts ONLY: Columbia Borough SD, Conestoga Valley SD, Eastern Lancaster County SD, Lampeter – Strasburg SD, Pequea Valley SD, and Penn Manor SD.
Tax information is provided to settlement companies or tax services by tax certification only.
Certification must be requested in writing.

Fee: $25.00 per parcel and must accompany your request.
