LCTCB is the collector and able to issue certifications for the following districts ONLY: Columbia Borough SD, Conestoga Valley SD, Donegal SD, Eastern Lancaster County SD, Elizabethtown Area SD, Hempfield SD, Lampeter – Strasburg SD, Pequea Valley SD, Penn Manor SD, and Solanco SD.
Tax information is provided to settlement companies or tax services by tax certification only.
Certification must be requested in writing.
Requests should be emailed to RETaxinfo@lctcb.org or use the below form to submit your request.
Fee: $25.00 per parcel and must accompany your request.
Checks should be made payable to “LCTCB Real Estate Tax Group”
Our office does not receive updates on delinquent taxes after end of year turnover. It’s up to the requestor to follow up with the delinquent collectors, i.e., Tax Claim Bureau (717)299-8232, Portnoff Law Assoc (Solanco only) 1-866-211-9466.
Our fee is for the research we do for the tax cert and must be paid even when we are unable to produce a formal tax cert.
