By Mail<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

1.  Please use the bill stub and envelope included with your bill. If no stub is available, mail to:
        LCTCB Real Estate Tax Group
        1845 William Penn Way
        Lancaster PA 17601<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.  When taxes are paid by mail, the U.S. postmark will be considered the date paid \u2013 no exceptions<\/strong>. Letters mailed at some locations may not be postmarked until the following day so please exercise caution when meeting this deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.  If you pay by mail and a receipt is required, please include both portions of the tax bill with your payment and a self-addressed, stamped envelope; otherwise only one copy of the bill is required with payment. If on an installment plan please include the correct receipt stub with each payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Person<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

1.  Original bill stub will be accepted at any Fulton Bank branch<\/a>. You must have the original bill stub and not a copy to pay your bill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Payments can be made at our office located at 1845 William Penn Way, Lancaster PA 17601.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.  If a receipt is desired, please take entire bill and request teller to stamp the top portion as paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delinquent Taxes<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Taxes for the current year are considered delinquent after December 31. Unpaid balances are turned over to collection.
