FINANCE MANAGER


 The Lancaster County Tax Collection Bureau in Lancaster, PA seeks an experienced Finance Manager, responsible for the accounting, banking, and tax systems of this high-volume organization. The Bureau is engaged in the collection of employment and real estate taxes from individuals and employers and the distribution of taxes to proper jurisdictions. Current collection and distribution volume exceeds $200 million.


Required: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with minimum three years’ successful experience in finance, preferably with tax preparation experience. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and technology skills.
